2023 EQE Battery & Charging

The easiest way to make the most of your Mercedes-EV range is to regularly charge the battery. When it comes time to recharge your SUV, you can plug it in either at home or on the go! If you’re charging at home, you can either use a standard three-prong outlet (Level 1 charging) or a dedicated EV home charger (Level 2 charging). Level 1 charging is cheaper and more convenient, but it’s also very slow, often taking multiple days to top off the battery. Level 2 chargers have to be professionally installed by an electrician, but they’re much more efficient. If you’re out and about and want to charge your battery, you can use a DC fast charging station that can bring you up to 100% in as little as half an hour!
